All reservations are confirmed with a valid credit card. Cancellations from the day
you book up to 8 days before your arrival will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellations of 7 days or less before your arrival, will be charged for the entire
reservation including any packages you have requested.
No shows will be charged for the entire reservation.
Reservations of two or more days, require the first night’s deposit plus the full
amount of any packages you have requested. If you cancel 14 days before your
arrival, you will receive all but $25 of your deposit back. If your reservation is less
than 14 days away, you forfeit your deposit.
We require the first night’s deposit at time of booking for any area conventions or
events. If you cancel 30 days or less before your arrival day, you will not receive the
deposit back. We’re sorry but no exceptions will be allowed.
October and holiday weekend reservations require a 14-day cancellation.
Group bookings will require the first night’s deposit for each room booked. Deposits

Guest arrival: 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Please call us for arrivals after 7:00 p.m. Check-ins after 9:00 p.m. will be charged a late check-in fee of $25.00. Also, please call us if you're interested in an early
check-in. If available, the rate is $25.00/hr.
Guest Departure: 11:30 am. Late departure (no later than 12:30 pm) may be available for an additional $25; advance notice is required.
Children: Out of consideration for our guests, only children ages 12 and over are welcome. When the entire inn is rented by a single group, children of all ages are welcome.
Pets: Sorry, our facility is pet-free.
