All reservations are confirmed with a valid credit card. If you cancel any time up to 8 days before your arrival you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel 7 days or less before your arrival, you are responsible for all charges on your confirmation. No shows will be charged for the entire reservation.
For area conventions, events, multiple room bookings and extended stays of 3 or more days, we require the first nights deposit at time of booking. Reservations cancelled 30 or less days before arrival will not receive the deposit back. Reservations cancelled 7 days or less before arrival will be charged for the full reservation amount. We're sorry but no exceptions will be allowed.
Guest arrival: 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Please call us for arrivals after 7:00 p.m. Check-ins after 9:30 p.m. will be charged a late check-in fee of $25.00. Also, please call us if you're interested in an early
check-in. If available, the rate is $25.00/hr.
Guest Departure: 11:30 am. Late departure (no later then 12:30 pm) may be available for an additional $25; advance notice is required.
Children: Out of consideration for our guests, only children ages 12 and over are welcome. When the entire inn is rented by a single group, children of all ages are welcome.
Pets: Sorry, our facility is pet-free.
