Guest Rooms Accommodations
Each of our seven unique rooms & suites include a private bath with shower, a queen bed with fluffy goose down pillows & down coverlet, Keurig coffee maker, stereo with CD player, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, flat screen TV/ DVD player, cable TV and wireless internet. Each day guests will enjoy a candlelit full breakfast and an evening wine and cheese reception featuring locally made wine and chesses.
Ella's Veranda Suite
Although this is our smallest room, it certainly is not lacking in charm. Located in the Bissell Mansion, Ella's Veranda Suite has a queen size bed, corner flat screen TV with DVD player and a Keurig coffeemaker. Relax on the attached, private covered veranda with a glass of wine and enjoy some late night star gazing. For an additional fee, the veranda is also perfect for that summer/fall breakfast or if you prefer feel free to join us downstairs for a full candlelit breakfast. Also included in this cozy room is an attached bathroom with an antique claw foot tub. For those who prefer a shower, an additional bathroom is located just down the hall (this bath is not shared with other guests). A butler’s pantry with a microwave and small refrigerator is also located in the hall just a few steps away.
Suite Adelaine's Room
Suite Adelaine’s is a peaceful suite located in the Bissell Mansion. This cozy room features a beautiful demi-canopy bed, small sitting area, flat screen TV with DVD player and a Keurig coffee maker. This suite offers the largest private bathroom in the Bissell mansion with a separate shower and whirlpool tub for two to soak your cares away. For your convenience a butler's pantry with a microwave and a small refrigerator are located in the hall just outside your room. Unfortunately, breakfast cannot be served in this room; so please join us for a full candlelit breakfast in the dining room.
Josephine's Jewel
Situated in the Bissell Mansion, Josephine's Jewel is the jewel of the main house! This two room suite has a demi-canopy bed with an exquisite walnut headboard, matching dresser and armoire. The adjoining room has a corner whirlpool tub for two and a large flat screen TV with DVD player that is viewable from both the bed and the tub. A cozy table for two complete with wingback chairs is perfect for enjoying a romantic, candlelit breakfast (an additional fee applies). Or if you prefer, you are welcome to come down and join us for a full candlelit breakfast. Also included in this suite is a separate bath with shower, CD player, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and bar refrigerator.
Winfield Suite
Situated in the adjacent Hutson House, the Winfield Suite is classic Victorian elegance. This spacious three room suite includes original brass light fixtures and beautiful stained glass windows. A private, ground floor porch and entry lead to a sitting room with a sleeper sofa, TV, and a table for two. A built-in wet bar area includes a microwave, bar refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. Join us for breakfast in the Bissell Mansion or we will be happy to deliver a romantic, candlelit breakfast to your suite for an additional fee.
An original pocket door separates the sitting room from the large bedroom. This room has a queen-size, high canopy bed (complete with a step stool), a flat screen TV with DVD player and an antique mantle gas fireplace. Behind a second pocket door you’ll find a two person whirlpool tub with three beautiful stained glass windows above it and a separate shower area. With over 600 square feet, the Winfield is our largest most luxurious suite!
Abigail's Oasis
With a private outdoor entrance, Abigail’s Oasis can be found in the adjacent Hutson House. This lovely first floor suite features an intimate 2 person alcove whirlpool tub, a private bath complete with shower, a cherry mantle gas fireplace, and a queen size, demi-canopy bed. A flat screen TV with DVD player, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and wet bar with bar refrigerator are included in this cozy suite. Come to the main house for our full breakfast or we will deliver a candlelit breakfast to your suite for an additional fee.
Delia's Delight
Located on the second floor of the adjacent Hutson House, Delia's Delight is bright and airy and is perfect for your romantic honeymoon or anniversary getaway. An open canopy bed draped in yards of sheer ivory voile, beneath a cathedral ceiling and a beautiful, stained glass gable window are a dramatic part of this breathtaking room. The antique, ash wood gas fireplace is viewable from both the two person platform whirlpool tub and the canopy bed. A flat screen TV and DVD player are also included in this room. For your convenience, the wet bar area has a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and a bar refrigerator. For an additional fee, you can enjoy your honeymoon or special occasion candlelight breakfast in the privacy of your room or you can join us in the Bissell Mansion dining room. It’s your choice! This beautiful suite contains a private bathroom complete with shower. This suite is the innkeeper's personal favorite!
Jake's Great Escape
A rich, elegant Victorian retreat, Jakes Great Escape can be found on the second floor of the adjacent Hutson house. A romantic two person platform whirlpool tub faces an antique oak mantle gas fireplace that is visible throughout the large two room suite. An antique oak and leaded glass front buffet holds a stereo with CD player, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator. Two reclining wingback chairs are perfect for relaxing in front of the fireplace. The beautiful Eastlake Victorian Walnut bed with demi-canopy has fluffy down pillows and a cozy down coverlet. A Flat screen TV and DVD player are included in this room as well as a private bath with shower. Join us for breakfast in the Bissell Mansion or request a romantic breakfast in your suite for an additional fee.
